The GST Council met on Monday to resolve the GST compensation dispute. After the meeting, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that there was no consensus on the issue on which this meeting took place. Minister of State for Finance Anurag Singh Thakur, Finance Ministers of all states and Union Territories participated in this meeting through video conferencing.

GST मुआवजे के विवाद को हल करने के लिए सोमवार को जीएसटी काउंसिल की बैठक हुई. बैठक के बाद केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि जिस मुद्दे को लेकर ये बैठक हुई उसपर आम सहमति नहीं बन पाई. वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिये हुई इस बैठक में वित्त राज्यमंत्री अनुराग सिंह ठाकुर,सभी राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों के वित्त मंत्रियों ने हिस्सा लिया.
