A huge elephant seal makes its way down the street, hauling itself through the neighborhoods.
The confused animal had been stranded in a coastal town in Chile, after coming ashore.
Various aquatic animals were at times seen entering the seaside city, but a two-ton elephant seal in the middle of a village is a rare occurence.
The marine mammal was safely guided back to its habitat, thanks to the police, navy officers, and a group of neighbors that worked together to help the lost creature find its way back home.
Environmental officials say there has been an increase in animal sightings in the beachside town this year, amid the COVID-19 pandemic emptying the streets.
