প্রথমে ময়দা সুজি জল দিয়ে গুলে একটা গোলা তৈরি করতে হবে।
খুব বেশি পাতলা করলে হবে না,এবার লবন, আদা কুচি,কারি পাতা কুচি দিতে হবে,
এবার প্যানে তেল দিয়ে অল্প অল্প করে গোলা টা দিয়ে ভেজে একপিঠ হলে ওপর পিঠে দিয়ে গোল করে তুলে নিলেই রেডি।
খুব বেশি উপকরন আর খুব বেশি সময় লাগে না,, খেতে খুব টেস্টি,,টমেটো সস বা চিলি সস দিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।
