10 minutes Instant Jalebi Recipe

Today I am sharing a most popular dessert recipe that is Jalebi. It is spiral shaped crispy and juicy sweet that is made of all purpose flour and dipped in sugar sugar syrup. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.


Ingredients

For sugar syrup:
Sugar - 3 cup
Water - 1.5 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Cardamon/elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp

For Jalebi:
All purpose flour/maida - 2 cup
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
Yoghurt/curd - 1/4 cup
Orange food colour - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - 3/4 cup
Oil/ghee - for frying
