A. Ingredients to Marinate Chicken (Marinate Chicken for 30 Minutes)
1. Chicken (चिकन) – 500 Grams
2. White Vinegar (सफ़ेद सिरका) – 1 Tsp
3. Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – ½ Tsp
4. Salt (नमक) – ½ Tsp
5. Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) – 2 Tsp

B. Ingredients To Make Kadai Masala
1. Fennel Seeds (सौंफ) – 2 Tsp
2. Coriander Seeds (साबुत धनिया) – 4 Tsp
3. Black Cardamom (बड़ी इलाइची) – 1 Nos
4. Cinnamon Stick (दालचीनी) – 2 Nos (1 Inch Pc)
5. Green Cardamom (छोटी इलाइची) – 3 Nos
6. Nutmeg (जायफल) – ¼ Tsp (A Small pinch)
7. Cloves (लौंग) – 3 to 4 Nos
8. Black Peppers (काली मिर्च) – ½ Tsp
9. Fenugreek Seeds (मेथीदाना) - ¼ Tsp
10. Cumin Seeds (जीरा) – 1 Tsp
11. Whole Dried Red Chillies (साबुत लाल मिर्च) – 4 Nos
12. Bay Leaf (तेजपत्ता) – 2 Nos


C. Ingredients To Make Kadai Chicken (कढ़ाई चिकन)
1. Cooking Oil (तेल) – 4 TBsp
2. Whole Dried Red Chillies (साबुत लाल मिर्च) – 2 Nos
3. Bay Leaf (तेज़ पत्ता) – 2 Nos
4. Onions (प्याज़) – 2 Nos (Thinly Chopped)
5. Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – ½ Tsp
6. Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – ½ Tsp
7. Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) – 1 Tsp
8. Tomatoes (टमाटर) – 4 Nos (Coarsely grind to make tomato puree)
9. Salt (नमक) – ½ Tsp
10. Curd (Beaten) (दही) – 1 Cup
11. Kadai Masala (कड़ाई मसाला) (We Prepared It During Recipe) – 2 Tsp
12. Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) – 3 to Nos (Sliced)
13. Coriander Leaves (हर धनिया) – ½ Cup
14. Ginger (अदरक) – (Julliene Cut) - 2 Tsp
15. Fresh Cream (क्रीम) – 2 TBsp
16. Onion (प्याज़) - 1 Nos (Diced)
17. Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - 1 Nos (Diced)
