Firefighters rescue kitten stuck in storm drain
  • 4 years ago
Two US firefighters with a net wait for a tiny kitten to be flushed down a storm drain so they can rescue the fluffy fellow. The incident took place in the neighbourhood of Teravista in the city of Georgetown in the county of Williamson located in the southern US state of Texas. In the video, two firefighters are seen waiting with a net at the bottom of a storm drain while colleagues reportedly flush the kitten to their position. The firefighters miss the kitten with the net as it shoots along the pipe, but luckily one of them manages to grab it with his hands. According to the Georgetown Texas Fire Department, the kitten was heard meowing down the storm drain and multiple attempts with other devices resulted in firefighters having to flush the kitten out with a controlled water source before catching it with a net.
