Wisma Wanita, Kota Kinabalu - LDP president Chin Su Phing, who is contesting for the Api-api seat arrived at the nomination centre at around 8.20am.
"We hope the rakyat can vote for a local party, it is time for us to change," he said.
Chin, who is making his election debut, added that LDP will contest 46 seats in total.
