After Typhoon Maysak ravaged the regime, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has ordered severe punishment on local officials for not preparing sufficiently.
Typhoon Maysak swept the Northern region of the Korean peninsula last Sunday... where it caused several dozen casualties and flooded buildings in Wonsan city of Gangwon-do province.
According to state-run newspaper Rodong Sinmun on Saturday, Kim blamed the damage on the city officials' irresponsibility.
The exact number of casualties was not disclosed.
The communist state remains on high alert...as yet another Typhoon is heading towards the regime.
