Russia to reach mass vaccination of COVID-19 as early as November: Health minister

Russia, the first country in the world that registered a COVID-19 vaccine,... will reportedly be ready to mass deliver it as early as November.
According to Russia's Tass News Agency, the vaccine will be delivered from this month, and reach maximum capacity in November or December.
The country's health minister told reporters Monday that several more COVID-19 vaccines are also going through the registration process.
He said the vaccine will be first and foremost be sent to health workers and teachers.
He added that the vaccination will be "completely voluntary".
