Tasty ‘Cat Ear’ Noodles From Shanxi - Eat China (S2E3)

Maoerduo is a specialty of Shanxi Province in northern China. Similar to Italian orecchiette, they’re shaped like cat ears, which is why in Chinese, they’re called, well, cat ears.
