Saying that the country's future is no longer in commodities like palm oil, adviser to the government, Tun Dr Daim Zainuddin, urged Malaysians to focus on the agro-food sector and diversify into other agriculture produces.

Daim, who has also gone on site visits to personally meet farmers, saw immense potential in cash-crops such as coconuts, cucumbers, okra and watermelons among others.
