U.S., South Korea to blame for Jong-Nam murder, claims Pyongyang

North Korea's Permanent Representative to the UN, Kim In-ryong, has denied that the man assassinated in Malaysia was the half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, and that the U.S. and South Korea should be blamed for the killing.
