Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim revealed some information on the status of the murder case of moneylender V. Kandasamy near Setapak Central on July 2. Noor Rashid officiated a shooting competition organised by the police and International Practical Shooting Confederation in Cheras on Sunday.
