IGP: We're not convinced Wanndy is dead

The Inspector-General of Police told reporters on Tuesday that the police are not convinced notorious I.S. terrorist, Muhammad Wanndy Mohamed Jedi, is dead. Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said there could be reasons for him to stage his own death.
