US man charged after violently slapping Burger King employee over chicken nuggets

This was the shocking moment a Burger King customer slapped an employee after it was alleged his nuggets were "extra spicy."

Footage from July 27 shows the violent altercation in Pittsburgh's 286 Highway branch of Burger King where the customer is threatening another employee while talking to another, he then slaps the worker and walks out of the store.

Referring to another employee the man is heard saying: "She needs to get the f*** out of here before I get her put in jail for the rest of her life!"

The employee lets the man know he is on camera, which results in the violent assault.

The filmer said: "I was honestly very shook [sic] at how he did that, I happened to console the poor guy but I was too shaken up to do anything."

The filmer also claimed the altercation erupted over his nuggets being "extra spicy."

TMZ reported that 21-year-old Austin Addison, was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
