Mel B Claims Violent Husband Stephen Belafonte Abused Her

Shocking allegations coming from former Spice Girl Mel B this week as she obtained a restraining order against former husband Stephen Belafonte.
According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Belafonte must stay away from her and her three children and must also leave the family home. The order also includes detailed accounts of abuse and blackmail as she claims he used his physicality and strength to make sure she knew he was in charge.
Among the allegations are nights where he would punch her in the face with a closed fist, usually after a successful evening for Mel B.
On the night of her “Dancing With The Stars” finale in 2007, Belafonte allegedly choke-slammed his wife to the floor, which she said was not the first time.
In the documents Mel B also claims Belafonte would sexually abuse her and would force her to have sex with him and another woman. He would threaten to release a sex tape featuring Mel, which would derail her career if she denied.
Stephen has since denied the allegations claiming that they are all untrue.
