Americans' interest in visiting S. Korea increases amid COVID-19 pandemic

More and more Americans are showing an interest in touring South Korea.
The New York office of the Korea Tourism Organization revealed on Sunday... the results of a poll of 250 travel industry workers and 400 consumers.
About 38 percent of those in the industry expressed an increased interest in visiting South Korea,... as did almost a quarter of consumers.
And close to 80 percent of industry insiders said they were willing to recommend the country, while 72 percent said they were inclined to sell packages.
The tourism organization attributes the interest to South Korea's proactive approach to COVID-19.
