Heavy rains that lashed Delhi-NCR early Sunday left the city waterlogged in various areas. A person was found dead under the Minto Bridge which was waterlogged since Sunday early morning after heavy rains lashed the capital. He was logged in the Minto Bridge because of overnight rains.
