Hello Everyone,
Hope u r doing well.

This is my channel KITCHEN SE BEAUTY TAK is about Cooking & Beauty.

It serves 3 to 4 Peoples.

Ingredients:-

Chicken with bone 500 grams.
Oil to chicken fry.
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
Red chili powder 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste.

For the Chicken gravy:-

Roughly slit tomatoes 200 grams.
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp.
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp.
Green chili 2 pecs.
Roughly cut onions 100 grams.
Garlic paste 1 tbsp.
Kasoori methi 1\2 tbsp.
Butter 3 tbsp.
Salt to taste.

Method:-

* Marinate the chicken with ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt and keep it another side for 15 minutes.
* After pan heat, put some oil then fries the marinated chicken pieces.
* In the Second pan add oil, onion a spoonful of butter and once the onions are cooked add tomatoes.
* Add some water and garlic paste, salt, and chili powder. Mix it and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
* Strain it back into the same pan make sure there is minimal wastage.
* Add butter, cream, chicken and kasoori meethi and let it simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
* Garnish it with kasoori meethi.

Butter Chicken is ready to EAT.
