Today, I am presenting a delicious north Indian breakfast recipe namely ‘Paneer Stuffed Besan Chilla’. In this video I am going to show all the steps for making perfect Paneer Stuffed Besan Chilla in a very easy and quick way at home.

Ingredients for Stuffing:
1. Grated Paneer: 100 Gms
2. Chopped Capsicum: 2 Tbsp.
3. Chopped Onion: 2 Tbsp.
4. Green Chili: 2-3 Pc
5. Chopped Coriander Leaves: 1 Tbsp.
6. Chopped Tomato: 2 Tbsp.
7. Chopped Cucumber: 2 Tbsp.

Ingredients for Chilla:
8. Chickpea Flour or Besan: 1 Cup
9. Chopped Coriander Leaves & Green Chili: 1 Tbsp.
10. Ajwain or Carom Powder: 1 Tsp.
11. Roasted Cumin Powder: 1 Tsp.
12. Kashmiri Mirch Powder: 1 Tsp.
13. Garam Masala Powder: 1 Tsp.
14. Asafoetida or Hing: Half Tsp.
15. Salt as per your taste
