Pakoda or Pakora are all time hit combinations with tea, this time lets try a different type of Pakora recipe.
Sweet corn pakoda. It is a very crispy pakoda with corn.. Do try it in this evenings with tea or coffee Let me know how it came out..

Ingredients

1 Cup sweet corn
1/2 cup rice flour
2 onions
3 green chillies
Ginger
1tsp coriander seeds
1tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tap hing
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp chillie powder
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry.

Cooking Method

Add sweet corn, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, coriander seeds, cumin seeds,
Turmeric powder, hing, chillie power, salt.
Mix all the ingredients to a grinding jar.

In a bowl add the mixture with rice flour and chopped onions...mix it well.

In a Kadai add oil for deep frying.
Shape as you like and add it to the oil and fry until golden brown.

Tasty lips smacking crispy corn pakoda is ready to serve....enjoy with loved ones.
