Hi Friends,

Checkout our today's recipe. The authentic punjabi Egg Lababdar. This version is completely different that others as this is dairy free and most allergens free version, of course do not try this if you are allergic to egg. We will upload cottage chees elababdar soon, if you are allergic to egg.

Ingredients(Amounts given in video):

Boiled eggs
Onion
Tomato
Green Chilli/Red Chilly
Cloves
Cardamom
Bay leaves
GInger raw
Garlic cloves
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Salt
Black pepper(Optional)
Garam Masala(Optional)
Kasoori Methi(Mandate)
Coconut cream(Mandate) / Fresh cream (for dairy version)
Oil & Hot Water
