North Korea has scrapped a mass anti-U.S. rally for the third straight year as it continues to tone down its anti-U.S. rhetoric... despite the stalemate in their denuclearization talks.
North Korea didn't report on any mass rallies through its state-run media outlets... that have earlier been held on the anniversary of the Korean War... but haven't been held since the 2018 Kim-Trump summit in Singapore.
They instead reported on a nationwide memorial for its soldiers killed during the Korean War.
