Man Goes to Hospital With Itchy Nose, Doctor Pulls Out Leech!

GUANGXI, CHINA — A man from rural Guangxi, China recently visited his nearby hospital complaining of some serious discomfort way up in his nose.

According to the report from Pear Video on the 14th of June, the unnamed man explained to the doctor that he frequently needed to itch his nose and that the sensation was coupled with bleeding and the feeling that something was crawling around in his nose.

After a prompt examination, the doctor discovered that the man from the rural part of town was right, there was a live leech poking around in his nose.

So, how did it get up there?

It turns out that the man had drunk water from a spring in the forest. The doctor warned him not to do it again.
