Cooking Oil - 2 Teaspoon Potato - 2 Bottle Gourd (Ghiya) - 1 small Beetroot (Chukandar) - 1 small Cauliflower (Phul gobhi) - 3/4 bowl Green Peas (Mattar) - 1/2 bowl Tomatoes - 3 Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala - 1/4 Teaspoon Water - 1 cup
Ingredients for Tadka/Masala
Cooking oil - 2 Teaspoon Yellow Butter - 50 - 70 Gram Finely chopped Onion - 2 small Capsicum - 1 small Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon Pav Bhav Masala - 2 Teaspoon Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 3/4 Teaspoon Add some Water - approx. 1/4 cup Fresh coriander
Serve it with Butter soft Pav Buns, some chopped onion, Lemon and Fresh Coriander leaves.
