S. Korean set free after being abducted by pirates off Gabon last month

A South Korean national who had been kidnapped by pirates off the coast of Gabon has been set free.
Seoul's Foreign Ministry said Tuesday that the man is safe and in a secure place provided by the Korean Embassy in Nigeria.
He will return to Korea once a flight is arranged.
The man had been abducted early last month with five other crew members when their fishing boats were attacked by pirates.
The five other crew members were also released unharmed.
