Mandi a traditional dish, consisting mainly of meat and rice with a special blend of spices. It's extremely popular and prevalent in most areas of the Middle East

Ingredients:
Chicken -1Kg
Chicken stock Cube - 2 1/2 cubes
Finely Chopped Capsicum -1/4 cup
Chopped Mint - 2 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp.
Jeera(whole) - 1 1/4 tsp.
Roughly Crushed Pepper - 1 1/4 tsp.
Turmeric - a pinch
Oil - 180ml
salt to taste
