A shop in Vietnam uses lasers to decorate images and write words on the shells of coconuts.

According to the shop owner, who lives in Soc Trang, he devised a method to use the laser to decorate the coconuts.

The coconuts are painted on the outside and then a laser is used to paint the pictures requested by customers.

These coconuts reportedly sell very well as indoor decorations, and can barely be produced in time to keep up with demand.

Normal coconuts are only sold for $1 USD. However, after decoration, depending on the complexity of the image, the shop sells them for between $5 to $10 USD.

The coconuts can maintain their quality for about 15 days.
