Supreme Court on Monday (May 11) refused to restore 4G internet in Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir but ordered the Centre and Jammu and Kashmir administration to form a committee of Secretaries from MHA and J&K UT Admin to take a call after reviewing the ground security situation. The apex court also said that the high-powered Committeeheaded by the MHA Secretary should also look into the contentions raised by various petitioners.

जम्मू-कश्मीर में फिलहाल 4G इंटरनेट सेवा चालू नहीं होगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले पर अपना फैसला सुना दिया है. कोर्ट ने अभी जम्मू-कश्मीर में 4G इंटरनेट सर्विस देने से इनकार कर दिया. इसके साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को एक कमेटी बनाने का निर्देश दिया, जिसमें गृह मंत्रालय, संचार विभाग और जम्मू- कश्मीर के मुख्य सचिव शामिल होंगे.
