No unusual developments in North Korea: S. Korea's NSC

South Korea's National Security Council confirmed today that there are no unusual developments in North Korea.
There have been mixed reports about North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's health, as he has not appeared in public for over ten days...including on his grandfather's birthday, April 15th.
Earlier this week, CNN reported that Kim is in "grave danger" after having heart surgery... and Japan's Yomiuri Shimbun wrote that the North had been preparing a leadership contingency plan.
However, citing the Chinese Communist Party's International Liaison Department, Reuters reported that Kim is not believed to be critically ill.
