Marking Disabled Persons' Day in South Korea on Monday,... President Moon, through social media,... thanked those coping with the COVID-19 outbreak despite difficulties,... and vowed customized support for people with disabilities and their families.
He said the crisis showed vulnerable people need extra care citing the need to let them know about relevant quarantine measures, social distancing schemes and how to get face masks.
He added that people in South Korea must remember that everyone is equal when it comes to dignity and human rights.
