Man in 60s arrested after visiting restaurant, sauna while under self-quarantine

A man in his sixties has been charged and detained for violating self-quarantine rules -- the first such case in South Korea.
Seoul Eastern District Court requested a pretrial detention warrant for the man on Tuesday,... for leaving his home for a second time to visit a sauna and a restaurant, after having already been warned after being caught going around Songpa-gu District.
He had tested negative for COVID-19,... but still had to stay in self-quarantine for 2 weeks as he had arrived in Korea from the U.S.
