Seoul city utilizes AI calling system to monitor people in COVID-19 self-quarantine

The Seoul Metropolitan Government has installed an artificial intelligence calling system to more effectively monitor residents in COVID-19 self-quarantine.
Using the cloud-based AI,...the city's 1-2-0 Dasan Call Center will contact some two-thousand people who have not installed the self-quarantine app on their smartphone.
The AI will ask for their conditions to see if they have symptoms and send to data to the city's health officials.
The AI calling system is in Korean, English and Chinese.
