SIEVE

MIX WELL
POUR INTO OIL GREASED MOULD
PLACE IN PRE-HEATED PAN
COOK FOR 25-30 MIN. IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
2 TBSP SUGAR
¼ CUP WATER
¼ CUP HONEY
MIX WELL
PRICK THE CAKE WITH A FORK
SPREAD THE HONEY SYRUP
¼ CUP STRAWBERRY JAM
1 TSP HONEY
MIX WELL (DON’T OVER HEAT)
SPREAD OVER THE CAKE
SPREAD SOME DESICCATED COCONUT
CUT IN PIECES
