19-year-old Rachel Walker is a paralegal apprentice with Taylor and Emmet in Sheffield.
She has big dreams and big plans for her future as a solicitor, and despite doing incredibly well in her GCSEs at school, Rachel decided she didn’t want to go down the traditional route of going to university and getting a degree.
In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week this month, Rachel shares her journey of learning on the job, and gaining qualifications in her own way.
