Vijay Mallya's appeal against his extradition will be heard by the London High Court from tomorrow. The hearing is expected to go on for three days. The verdict of this court will be decisive and no effective appeal lies beyond its decision. Remember this order will come more than three years after India began extradition proceedings against the fugitive business tycoon. The appeal was allowed on the fundamental question of whether Mallya defaulted on loans due to genuine business losses, or whether he defaulted wilfully, reports Sanjay Suri.
