Former CJI RM Lodha has given a big statement on the Hyderabad doctor case and susequent encounter. He says, as we celebrate Human Rights Day, fact is that - we're struggling in protection of human rights. Killing of accused in Hyderabad case in an encounter, crimes are happening each day, this reflects the deep malice crept in society.

पूर्व सीजेआई आरएम लोढ़ा ने हैदराबाद डॉक्टर केस और एनकाउंटर पर बड़ा बयान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा है कि हम मानवाधिकार दिवस मना रहे हैं, लेकिन, लोगों के अधिकारों को सुरक्षित करने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। हैदराबाद केस और एनकाउंटर जैसी घटनाएं लगातार हो रही हैं। ये हमारी समाज की मानसिकता को दिखाते हैं। सवाल किया कि आखिर हम किस दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहे हैं।
