Leaves 2 Dead, Multiple Injured The incident occurred at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, California. The school has around
2,300 students and is located less
than an hour from Los Angeles. The shooting was first reported at about 8 AM. Reports state that a 16-year-old female
and a 14-year-old male died in the shooting. Three other students were also shot
before the shooter turned the gun on himself. The gunman is reportedly
in "grave" condition. Los Angeles police add that the suspect
is an Asian male and the day of the shooting
was his 16th birthday.
