K-pop girl group BLACKPINK have been named as one of the one-hundred rising stars on "Time 100 Next", a newly launched list of future stars by Time magazine.
As the only K-pop act to make the list,... BLACKPINK were placed under the category of "Phenoms."
Times website said the group may still be rising stars in the U.S., but they "reign supreme" on YouTube with some 31-million subscribers - the most of any music group in the world.
It also pointed out that in April... BLACKPINK became the first K-pop girl group to perform at Coachella, one of the biggest music and arts festival in the U.S.
