PM: I understand how flood-affected residents feel

Boris Johnson says he "perfectly understands" the anger of residents in areas affected by serious flooding in parts of Yorkshire. The prime minister has been criticised for the government's slow response to the crisis. Whilst visiting the region on Wednesday Mr Johnson said the government is "working hard...but there is a lot more still to be done" to help those in affected areas. Report by Thomasl.
