Concerns remain over the extensive flooding of China's Yangtze River, as the region scrambles to recover from one of the worst water crises it's seen in decades.
According to local authorities, around 54-point-8 million people have been affected due to the massive floods that have ravaged China over the past two months.
Over 3-point-7 million people have evacuated, and 41-thousand homes are said to have been washed away.
But authorities said 158 people are reportedly dead or missing, a relatively low number considering the size of the disaster.
Water level in Sansha dam in the Yangtze River continues to remain at an alarmingly high level, with simulation videos of the dam being overrun by heavy flooding spreading on the internet like wildfire.
