Maharashtra Congress leaders want to form government with Shiv Sena. Party leaders have told Congress President Sonia Gandhi that if the party fails to form the government, then its end in the state is almost certain. In a meeting of the Congress Working Committee on Monday, the state president emphasized the alliance with the Shiv Sena in a very strong way. In the long meeting, state party leaders were of the opinion that it is very important for the party to join the government in the fight for survival.

महाराष्ट्र कांग्रेस के नेता शिवसेना के साथ सरकार बनाना चाहते हैं. पार्टी नेताओं ने कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी से कहा है कि अगर पार्टी सरकार बनाने में नाकाम रहती है तो प्रदेश में उसका खत्म होना लगभग तय है। सोमवार को कांग्रेस वर्किंग कमिटी की बैठक में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ने बहुत मजबूत अंदाज में शिवसेना के साथ गठबंधन पर जोर दिया। देर तक चली बैठक में प्रदेश के पार्टी नेताओं की राय थी कि अस्तित्व की लड़ाई में पार्टी के लिए सरकार में शामिल होना बहुत जरूरी है।
