Cold morning commute, cold wave advisory in mountainous regions in Gangwon-do (2019.10.30)

Good morning. We have clean air to breathe in today. It's quite a chilly morning, there has been a big drop in readings overnight. They have dropped a couple notches in Seoul while Daegwallyeong in Gangwon-do Province is also having an icy cold morning. In fact, a cold wave advisory has been issued in mountainous regions of Gangwon-do Province, most parts are waking up to a much colder morning so dress extra warmly on your way out.
For a closer look, Gyeongju and Chuncheon are waking up to 6 degrees Celsius, those in Chuncheon will need a winter jacket as a low dropped to 3 degrees. However, plenty of sun will dominate the country all day.
Highs will rise to the upper teens in most regions, and top temperatures will range between 17 and 20 degrees.
Readings will return to seasonal norms, in fact highs will be hovering 2 to 3 degrees higher than those norms for the next few days.
