Maharashtra assembly elections: know the political equation of Nashik East seat
The BJP has been dominating the Shiv Sena for the last several years. From 1995 to 2004, this seat remained with the Shiv Sena. At the same time, in 2004, MNS won this seat by defeating the BJP candidate and in 2014 again this seat went to the BJP's account. The sitting MLA Balasaheb Sanap left the BJP and joined the NCP.

इस सीट पर बीजेपी शिवसेना का पिछले कई सालों से दबदबा रहा है. 1995 से लेकर 2004 तक ये सीट शिवसेना के पास रही. वहीं 2004 में इस सीट का एमएनएस ने बीजेपी प्रत्याशी को मात देकर हासिल की और 2014 में फिर ये सीट बीजेपी के खाते में चली गई. इस सीट से मौजूदा विधायक बालासाहेब सानप ने बीजेपी छोड़कर एनसीपी का दामन थाम लिया था.
