Super Typhoon Hagibis to hit Tokyo this week, impact on Korea uncertain

Typhoon Hagibis is growing to monstrous proportions in the western Pacific Ocean, reaching a Super Typhoon status on Monday.
Korean weather authorities say that as of 10 am today, Hagibis was moving northwest towards Okinawa, Japan.
It is projected to turn northeast on Saturday, and approach Tokyo by Sunday morning, with a wind speed of 126 kilometers per hour.
With the projected route, South Korea may be indirectly impacted, seeing showers or high waves along the eastern coast.
However, the government is keeping an eye on the storm as it gains strength as it could still shift course.
