Cheese Cake Shorties:
Ingredients:
Whole wheat biscuits crushed 2 cups
Cream 2 packs
Cream cheese 1 cup
Sugar ½ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method:
In a bowl add 2 packs of cream, cream cheese, vanilla essence, and sugar. Mix till all the sugar dissolves.
Now in a glass add some biscuits and cream mix following up with the biscuits. Top with the cream mix ending up with some biscuits on top.


Kali Masoor Ki Daal:
Ingredients:
Black Lentil 1 cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chopped onion 1
Raw mango 4-5
For oil tempering:
Garlic 5 cloves
Oil ½ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
Wash the black lentil in luke warm water. In a pan, add in take 3-4 cups of hot water and cook it. Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp red chili. When the lentil is cooked, add in raw mango powder and some salt. Add in 2 glasses of hot water and cook it for 10-15 minutes. At the time of serving, add in 2 tbsp butter and heat oil , add in garlic and fry it till they are golden brown. Serve it with plain rice.

Mutton Gushtaba:
Ingredients:
Mutton mince 800 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Ginger paste ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
Aniseed powder ½ tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Mint 5 grams
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Yogurt 500 grams
Method:
In a bowl add mutton mice ,salt ,garlic paste ,ginger paste ,black pepper and ginger powder mix well and make kofta’s from this mixture .after this add 4 cup water in a pan let it warm /then add the kofta’s in this water and boil then for 30 minutes .then add yogurt in a bowl add salt ,red chili powder ,ginger powder ,cardamom powder ,aniseed powder ,coriander powder and mix these ingredients .now add the mix yogurt in a pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes .now add garam masala ,then add boiled kofta’s and cook them for 5 minutes ,in the last garnish with mint and serve .
