Nine automakers are recalling more than 200-thousand vehicles in South Korea due to faulty parts.
According to South Korea's Transport Ministry,… nine carmakers and importers will voluntarily recall 41 different models.
The majority of them: 195-thousand... are model made by GM Korea, Toyota Motor Korea and Mercedes-Benz Korea.
They were equipped with faulty air bags which could injure the driver when inflated.
Volvo Cars Korea will compensate consumers for exaggerating their cars' fuel consumption rate.
Some models sold by Volkswagen Korea are being recalled due to faulty automatic gear sticks.
