8 imported vehicle brands recall 74,000 cars in South Korea due to faulty components

Eight foreign automakers will recall nearly 74-thousand vehicles in South Korea due to faulty parts.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport says it's the latest series of recalls by overseas automakers, including Mercedes-Benz , Porsche, and BMW.
The defects include faulty communication system software in 47-thousand Mercedes-Benz models, dashboard software problems in 4-thousand Porsche models and faulty fuel hose systems in 20-thousand BMWs.
Vehicle owners can visit designated service centers for free repairs from Friday.
