9 automakers including GM Korea recall over 200,000 cars

Auto companies are recalling more than 200-thousand vehicles in Korea over faulty parts.
According to the Transport Ministry,… nine carmakers and importers will voluntarily recall 41 different models.
The majority of them: 195-thousand... are from GM Korea, Toyota Motor Korea and Mercedes-Benz Korea.
They were equipped with faulty air bags which can injure the driver when inflated.
Volvo Cars Korea will compensate consumers for exaggerating the fuel consumption rate.
Some models sold by Volkswagon Korea had faulty automatic gearsticks.
