Cannes to impose a ban on passengers from polluting cruise ships

The mayor of Cannes says he will impose restrictions on cruise ships coming to the French resort. The new rules mean that passengers from polluting liners may not be able to set foot on land. It follows a similar move in the Italian port of Venice. The BBC's Tim Allman has the story.
